How we are funded

The  Fundraising Regulator is mostly funded through a voluntary levy on charities spending £100,000 or more each year on fundraising.

We also receive income from registration fees from commercial fundraising businesses, community interest companies and charities spending less than £100,000 a year on fundraising.

Every organisation that has paid to support us each year has an entry in our directory.

You can find out more about our income and expenditure in our latest annual report and accounts.

You can find out more about our budget in our Business Plan.
