How fundraisers approaching households are expected to behave. It includes:
1. approaching households respectfully;
2. the time of day that fundraisers may knock; and
3. fundraisers' responsibilities regarding no-cold-calling zones and door stickers.
The aim of our 2016-18 Business Plan is to establish and deliver, in the public interest, fair, robust, values-led regulation to ensure that good practice in fundraising is promoted and upheld throughout the sector.

In May 2017 the Fundraising Regulator published a report on complaints received by charities about fundraising in 2016. We gathered information from a range of charities about the number of complaints they received about fundraising and the amount of fundraising activity they undertook in 2016.
