If you follow, we will not automatically follow you back. We follow organisations of relevance to us, and individuals where appropriate.
If we follow a Twitter account, we are not offering any kind of endorsement.
We may refer to existing hashtags that are in common use to categorise messages for ease of reference. It does not imply endorsement of any kind.

We will review @messages during office hours, Monday to Friday (not including public holidays). We will not reply to them all directly but we will respond when we feel we can be useful.
